The Craig-Beasley House, also known as Gaines House, is a property in Franklin, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
It was built or has other significance in 1916 and 1953. It includes Bungalow/Craftsman architecture. When listed the property included four contributing buildings and one non-contributing structure, on an area of 2.9 acres (1.2 ha).[1]
