Mr. Patman (also known as Crossover) is a 1981 Canadian film directed by John Guillermin.

Synopsis

A film about a nurse (James Coburn) working the night shift in a psycho ward who begins to lose his grip on reality. Directed by John Guillermin, responsible for the 1976 version of King Kong and The Towering Inferno, the film was released theatrically in Europe then recut and sold to television in North America.
