Dannine Avara (née Duncan), is a billionaire heir to the Duncan family fortune (through the Enterprise Products, which remains under family control).
Biography
Dannine Avara was born in 1974. Her father, Dan Duncan, was the co-founder of Enterprise Products.[2] Her mother is Jan Ellis.
Career
Avara is an investor. She inherited $3.1B upon the death of her father.[3] Due to a temporary repeal of the estate tax law for the year 2010, Duncan became the first American billionaire to pay no estate tax since its enactment.[4]
Personal life
She is married and lives in Houston.[1] Avara's net worth is $5.0 billion.[1]
