Dardağan is a village in the District of Adıyaman, Adıyaman Province, Turkey. As of 2011, it had a population of 343 people.[1] It is located to the northwest of Adıyaman, on the road to Kuşakkaya.

Its economy is based on agriculture and animal husbandry. The village has a primary school and a drinking water system, but as of 2011 there is no sewage system or post office.[citation needed] There is no health center. An asphalt road provides access to the village, which also has electricity and a fixed telephone connection.
