Early career

Born in Serbia, Andjelic and his mother Milijana moved to Mount Druitt, New South Wales, Australia as a child.[3] He played his junior rugby league for St Patricks Blacktown, Minchinbury Jets, and Penrith Panthers.[4] In 2016, Andjelic participated in the Nine Network's rugby league reality TV show, The NRL Rookie, being cut from the competition in week 5.[4] His audition video, featuring his running through a wall of bricks, went viral around the world.[5]
