David Berry is an Australian actor best known for his role as James Bligh in the television series A Place To Call Home.[1]

Biography

He was born in Toronto, Canada of Australian parents but moved to Sydney, Australia when he was just seven years old. Before becoming an actor he worked as a journalist. He trained at the prestigious School Australian National Institute of Dramatic Art " NIDA " from which he graduated in 2010. In 2012, he married his girlfriend Kristina. [2]

Career

In 2012, he joined the recurring cast of the hit series Home and Away where he played Logan Meyer. That same year he appeared as a guest star on an episode of Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries.

In 2013, he joined the main cast of the drama A Place To Call Home where he played James Bligh.

In August 2016, it was announced that he would be joining the cast of the Starz period drama Outlander in the role of Lord John Grey.[3][4][5]
