Deepend is a Dutch deep house DJ duo consisting of Falco van den Aker and Robert "Bob" van Ratingen. They gained international recognition after their remix of Matt Simon's "Catch & Release" peaked at number one in five countries and the European Airplay charts.[1] The duo racked in over 130 million Spotify plays and 50 million YouTube streams for the remix.[2][3][4]

Career

Deepend's remix of Matt Simon's "Catch & Release" song has become the second most played song on Dutch radio in 2016.[5][6][7]

They released a collaboration via Spinnin' Records with Sam Feldt titled "Runaways" which featured vocals from Teemu.[8][3][9] A remix pack for the song was later released featuring remixes from Jay Hardway, M-22, Muzzaik & Stadiumx, eSquire, Jonathan Pitch, Afreaux and Wild Culture.[1]
