Denov (Uzbek: Denov, Tajik: Dehnav, Russian: Денау / Denau) is a town in Surxondaryo Region of Uzbekistan, the administrative center of Denov District.

Name

  • The Russian name of the city is Denau. The Russian version of the site of government of Uzbekistan uses a variant of the name Denov.
  • The name of the Tajik dehnav - the new settlement.
