18th Main Road is a prominent thoroughfare located in the Anna Nagar^[1] neighborhood of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Known for its well-planned layout, the road is part of Anna Nagar's grid system, which was originally developed in the 1960s.^[2]

The nearbiest localities are Vasantham Colony, Mullai Nagar, Thirumoolar Colony, and Anbu Colony. The nearbiest cities to Chennai are Ambattur, Thirunindravur, and Ponneri.
