Altitude Tours is a New Zealand tour operator based in Queenstown. Founded in 2017 by Nigel Hobbs and Heidi Farren, the company specialises in small group day tours, focusing on sightseeing and wine tours across prominent destinations including Milford Sound, Mount Cook, Glenorchy, Arrowtown, Gibbston, Central Otago, Cardrona, and the Queenstown region. Altitude Tours began with humble beginnings, starting with one tour guide and a single van offering the flagship Queenstown Wine Sampler Tour. Rapid expansion followed, leading Altitude Tours to become a leading day tour operator in New Zealand. The company now operates alongside sister brands Black NZ and Fiordland Tours under the TIG umbrella.
