Am I Okay? is the upcoming second studio by American singer Megan Moroney, releasing on 12 July 2024.[1] The album is produced by Kristian Bush, who produced Moroney's debut album.[2] Moroney released the single "No Caller ID" on 19 Janurary 2024, which received universal acclaim, and followed with the singles "28th of June"[3] and "Indifferent" prior to the albums release.[4]

Background[edit]

After Moroney's hit debut album Lucky released the year prior, anticpation was high for what the singer would do next.[5] Moroney annouced the album on 3 May 2024, along with the single "Indifferent".[4] The album has been described by a press release as a "endless ways that heartbreak upends our lives".[6] Moroney has been establishing her 'emo cowgirl' style since the release of her first single due to the emotions displayed in her songs, and this album has fully committed to her style.[7]

Moroney stated she has been developing this album "living in the studio" since the release of Lucky, along side her touring.[8]
