Amari (also known as Amari Flows) is a Canadian contemporary R&B singer and songwriter from the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario. Amari was co-signed by artist AP Dhillon on a debut single titled "Ma Belle" on July 16, 2021.[1] The music video garnered over 85 million views on YouTube and over 100 million streams on Spotify.[2]
On October 16, 2022 Amari performed at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada with AP Dhillon.[3][4]
Early Life
[edit]Amari began creating music at an early age and started sharing her works on Instagram in 2018. She then graduated from Turner Fenton Secondary School with the International Baccalaureate Diploma.[5][6]
Musical Career
[edit]Amari’s first single titled ''Love Don't Cost A Thing'' was released in March of 2021.[7][8] She released her first EP titled "Love That For Me" in 2022.[9] In May of 2023, Amari released a Jersey club song titled “All In My Head.” The song was named by Spotify’s editors as "one of the best Jersey Club songs of 2023.”[10]
