Best Diplomats is an International Organization based in New York which specializes in organizing Diplomatic Simulations of Inter-Governmental Organizations such as United Nations, European Union and African Union etc.[1][2][3]

Overview[edit]

The Organization provides participants with a forum for discussion and collaboration on topics such as the Role of Artificial Intelligence in Modern Diplomacy and Sustainable Development Goals.[4][5][6][7][8]

The Participants of these conferences, mostly professionals in the field of Law, International Relations, Political Sciences and Public Administration or Young Students [9] typically take on the role of representatives of their Countries or Organizations to indulge in constructive debate, Negotiations and Drafting of Solution Oriented Resolutions to the issues under discussion.[10][11][12][13][14][15]

The Organization typically invites serving Diplomats, Government Officials and University Professors as their Key-Note Speakers to deliver lectures on the topics under discussion.[16][8] The Conferences are typically focused on training and educating the participants in Policymaking, Diplomacy, Leadership and Negotiations by engaging them in a practical simulation of the United Nations.[17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25][26][27] [28][29][30][31][32]

General information and awards[edit]

Best Diplomats organizes conferences throughout the year. The initial documented instance of the Best Diplomats conference can be traced back to March 2022 in Turkiye. The conference was focused on achieving Sustainable Development Goals in the Post-Pandemic Era. The conferences were also held in different locations in 2022, which included United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Malaysia, and Egypt.

Best Diplomats Conferences has hosted several renowned guest speakers, including Spokesperson of UNHCR MS Selin Unal, Council General of Brazil Ambassador Paulo Roberto Franca Law, and Parliamentary Affairs from Balochistan, Pakistan, Mr. Amanullah Kanrani.

Seth Adu-Mensah, the founder of Team Blaze Foundation, was among the more than 200 participants from across the world who attended the Best Diplomats Conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The first conference of the year 2023 took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in January, focusing on eradicating all forms of Poverty under the targets of First Sustainable Development Goal.

Best Diplomats Organization has also awarded several Participants with different awards. Cyprus International University IR graduate student Aya Hussein Elfadil won two awards at Best Diplomats Turkiye. K. Adhyaa, a 15-year-old student from Kolkata, received the title of "Best Diplomat" at Best Diplomats Dubai. Bangladesh's youngest filmmaker, Nanziba Khan, received the award of  'Best Diplomat’ at the Best Diplomats Thailand Conference.
