Yin Boran (Khmer: យិន បូរ៉ាន់, Born: January 7, 1996); also known as RanDadaFarm is a cattle farm located in Prey Chhor, Kampong Cham, Cambodia. He also aims to share knowledge and experience in the livestock sector and promote sustainable farming practices in the country.[1][2]
Early Life and education
[edit]Boran, grew up in a rural setting, which instilled in him a deep appreciation for nature and animal husbandry, he pursued his education at ODA High School, where he developed a keen interest in technology and computers. His teachers played a crucial role in shaping his understanding and passion for digital technology.
Career
[edit]Mr. Yin Boran's career began with a strong focus on technology and education. He worked as a computer teacher for grades 7-12 at The Westline School, where he imparted knowledge on computer literacy and programming concepts. His journey continued as he transitioned into the role of a graphic designer at Brain Scan, and later, as an application developer at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (Cambodia).
In 2018, he made a significant career shift from Brain Scan to a governmental position at MPWT. This change allowed him to apply his expertise in a new and challenging environment, contributing to the development of personal vehicle registration systems and digital solutions for the ministry.
Mr. Yin Boran is best known for founding RanDada Farm, a cattle farm located in his hometown province of Kampong Cham. The farm specializes in cattle breeding and selling, as well as producing Khmer grass for livestock feed. Through RanDada Farm, he aims to share his knowledge and experience in animal husbandry, promoting sustainable agricultural practices.[4]
Awards
[edit]In 2023, Yin Boran as a YouTuber and Online Presence established a significant presence on social media, shared insights into agriculture, cattle farming, and technology, educating and inspiring his audience, and got a silver button from YouTube (YouTube Creator Awards). Mr Boran dedication to his work and his ability to connect with people have made him one of the most popular and influential social media personalities. The cattle farm has a strong online presence, with a Facebook page, YouTube channel, TikTok...[5][6][7]
