Cocone is a Japanese digital entertainment studio that creates immersive digital content in the form of games, avatar applications, and language learning services. It has offices in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Estonia, and the United States.[1]

Overview

In August 2023, Cocone entered in the U.S. gaming and entertainment market. It released Centennial, an avatar and digital fashion creation mobile game. The game is set in Centennial City and provides a virtual world where players can make their own avatars, interact with different creatures, and participate in social activities. The company will also release Toyverse, an avatar design social game where players express their emotions and individuality through toy creation.[1][2][3]

As of 2023, Cocone has more than 130 million game downloads and has made over one million unique digital products. It sold 16 billion digital items with an average of two million monthly active users on its platform.[3] Cocone operates 16 services.[1]

Mari Kim is the CEO of Cocone’s US headquarters in New York.[4]
