Founded in 1984, Condor Outdoor Products, Inc. initially aimed to provide outdoor gear and equipment to outdoor enthusiasts and military personnel. Over time, the company expanded its product range, gaining recognition in the outdoor and tactical gear sectors[2]. Military and security forces around the world began to adopt Condor products for use. The "Condor 3 day pack has been used in Afghanistan" and the "British Army".[3] In July 2022, Condor Outdoor began direct sales to consumers. [4]
In January 2023, Condor Outdoor initiated a partnership with 20 companies to introduce "The Hell and Back Care Package"[5] at the SHOT Show. This initiative involved distributing an Oscars style "Survivalist Swag Bag," later referred to as the “Hell & Back Care Package,” to a select group of 75 media professionals[6]. The package included a variety of adventure gear from multiple companies.
