After the whole year of posting content was over, Nestor and Fiscbach would delete all of the videos they created.[5] This channel quickly rose to success, gaining over 1 million subscribers in the first 5 days of its creation. Additionally, it ended up gaining a little over 4.5 million subscribers in total. Unus Annus, along with all of its content, was deleted a year later on November 14, 2020, at 12:00 A.M. PST. The channel death had a huge impact on Nestor and Fiscbach fans worldwide.[6]

Nestor and McLoughlin created Brain Leak as a way to be unapologetically themselves through their content. The podcast covers topics such as their careers, their personal lives, and thoughts on current events.[9] According The Guardian, a well known newspaper, Brain leak is described as a "funny and off-kilter deep dive into their brains".[10]
