Headquartered in Leicester, HeavyTorque is an independently published magazine, featuring those within the heavy transport industry, legal and industry trade bodies and supported by the Association of Lorry Loader Manufacturers & Importers (ALLMI), and the Heavy Transport Association (HTA).

The magazine, after its launch in 2015, continues to be published, and features sister titles On Scene Magazine, and Bulk & Tipper.
