Knightvest is a privately-owned multifamily residential real estate company investment and property management firms in the United States. Knightvest has made the NMHC Top 50 Apartment Owners list five years in a row.[1][2][3][4], ranking #34 for 2023[5] The firm uses renovations to turn older apartments into ones it says can compete with new construction[6]

The company has two divisions: Knightvest Capital[7] is currently focused on identifying investment opportunities, and Knightvest Residential[8]. Knightvest Residential is the company’s property management division.

In 2023, Knightvest won two industry awards, one from the Commercial Property Executive, a silver award for Most Effective Repositioning/Redevelopment Plan in the 2023 CPE Influence Awards[9]

Knightvest also won a Bronze award in the Multi-Housing News 17th annual Excellence Awards for Best Value-Add Renovation[10]

History

Since its founding in 2007, Knightvest has invested over $10 billion to acquire over 55,000 units across high-growth metro areas in the Sun Belt with properties in Texas[11], [12] Arizona, North and South Carolina, and Florida.

Knightvest has sold over 70 properties to date. Knightvest has a current portfolio of about 33,000 units[13]

KnightVest does property management, construction management, asset management, training, and acquisitions.

The company is headquartered in Dallas, TX.
