Lisa Allen is an English actress. She made her TV debut in Emmerdale, closely followed by a role in Heartbeat and has appeared in Platform 7, Hullraisers, The Full Monty, Sister Boniface Mysteries, Waterloo Road and DCI Banks. She starred in the television comedy pilot Let Her Go, written and directed by actor Tony Pitts. Her film appearances include Diana and I, The Walk and the multi award winning Coal In Their Veins which earned her a Best Actress Award at Diversity in Cannes. Her most recent work includes Alma’s Not Now Normal, Passenger and Silent Witness. She is an experienced theatre actress and singer.
