  • Comment: I believe this falls under WP:TOOSOON, as an actress who will very likely merit an article after starring in more roles, but at this point is mostly known for a single role. WP:NACTOR stresses the importance of multiple significant roles or contributions. Many of the sources in this article can be added to the game's development and reception section. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ () 05:55, 22 April 2023 (UTC)

Manon Gage is a French-American actress, writer, and producer. She is known for her role as Marissa Marcel in the 2022 interactive film trilogy Immortality, for which she was nominated for a BAFTA.

Career[edit]

Gage had her breakout role as the lead in Immortality[1][2][3], an interactive film video game developed by Sam Barlow which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2022, and which Gage also produced.[4][5][6] In it she played Marissa Marcel, an actress who shot three unreleased films in 1968, 1970 and 1999 before disappearing. Gage received critical praise for the role, with Vulture's Lewis Gordon calling it "a knockout performance" and Matt Kamen of Empire saying Gage "marks herself as a phenomenal talent to watch out for."[7][8] Gage was nominated for a BAFTA Games Award and a Game Award, and won the New York Game Award and Golden Joystick Award for her performance.[9][10][11][12]

In 2023, Gage guest starred on the FXX series Dave[13] and her original television pilot Real Live Girl became an official selection at Stareable Festival in Los Angeles.[14][15]

Early Life[edit]

Gage grew up in Stony Brook, New York and Tours, France.[16]

Education[edit]

Gage graduated from the Juilliard School of Drama in 2018, and was awarded the John Erskine Prize.[17][18]
