Submission declined on 27 August 2023 by Rusalkii (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. Declined by Rusalkii 14 months ago. |

- Comment: The issue is not that there is uncited content; what you want to look for is reliable, independent published sources with substantial content about the subject. The only source here that may count for that is the New Yorker piece, though the coverage of McCusker is minimal - Patreon statistics or citations to his podcast appearances don't count here.
