Mosaic was founded in the last quarter of 2023 by Joe Du Bey, who also serves as its CEO.[2] Mosaic was established with the objective of acquiring and building mission-critical vertical market software companies, especially those focused on the development and design of management software and enterprise resource planning software for niche end markets.
Its founder, Du Bey, is a seasoned entrepreneur with experience in establishing and managing enterprise software development companies including Alder FM and Eden Workplace.[3][4]
