Pablo González Rodríguez (born April 22, 1994, in La Coruña, Galicia, Spain) is a Spanish traveler, explorer, documentarian, and professional dancer. He is recognized for his journey on foot across Africa, where he walked through eleven countries from Cape Town to Cairo.

Biography
[edit]Pablo Nemo was born in La Coruña, Spain. From an early age, he showed an interest in adventure and exploration. Additionally, he is a professional dancer and has participated in several international shows. At the age of 17, he moved from Spain to pursue his dancing career in London, Los Angeles, and New York. He worked as a dancer until, at the age of 27, on November 7, 2021, he departed from Cape Town to begin his journey across Africa.
Expeditions

[edit]Between November 2021 and January 2024, Pablo Nemo traveled across ten African countries and one Asian country: South Africa, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. This journey was undertaken solo, uninterrupted, and without assistance, highlighting his commitment to sustainability and the human connection with the environment.
Conferences
[edit]Pablo gives talks to various organizations about nature, travel, and exploration. As an environmental advocate, Pablo also educates on the importance of saving our planet and our role as individuals in living more connected to nature.
Recognitions
[edit]- Tourism Ambassador of Zanzibar: Appointed by the Minister in the Parliament of Zanzibar in recognition of his notable attention to sustainability.
- Medal of Honor from the National Youth Council of Egypt: Awarded in Cairo.
- "Adventure of the Year" Award: Given by Ruteon at the Academy of Cinema of Spain.

Current Projects
[edit]Pablo Nemo is currently developing a documentary series where Africa represents the first step in a broader journey. This series will explore the seven chakras of the Earth and demonstrate the transformation of the spiritual journey of life and the interconnectedness between humanity and the planet.
