the reason

[edit]

In the month of Rajab 1233 AH, corresponding to 1818 AD, Ibrahim Pasha left Najd on the orders of his father Muhammad Ali of Egypt. This was followed by a national attempt to restore a Najdi state The first: the attempt of Muhammad bin Mishari Al Muammar in the year 1234 AH/1819 AD, who attempted to reconstruct the city of Diriyah. He repaired it and then moved to it, but Ibn Muammar did not last long in this attempt, as Mishari bin Imam Saud, the brother of the last ruler of the first Saudi state, was able to escape from the Egyptian camp and return to Al-Shatham, and then he moved after him To Diriyah, where Ibn Muammar tried to fight him, but he was unable to fight him, so he pledged his allegiance to Al-Mishari. Then the people of Sudir, Al-Mahamal, Huraymila, the people of Diriyah, and many of the people of Al-Washm sold him, but Ibn Muammar was harboring an alliance with Abush Agha. The commander of the Ottoman protection for his assistance in exchange for its subordination to the Ottoman state and his obedience to its orders, and in fact he received military support, so he entered Diriyah and took control of the government again, deposing Mishari bin Saud and handing him over to the Ottoman protection, who died in its prisons.
