Tracy Pun Palandjian is an American CEO of Social Finance,[1][2][3] which she co-founded in 2011 with Sir Ronald Cohen and David Blood.[4]

Early life and education[edit]

Palandjian was born in 1971, in Hong Kong. She attended Milton Academy before enrolling at Harvard College, where she earned a B.A. in economics in 1993.[1][4] After her father’s passing during her freshman year in college, Palandjian took on the responsibility of caring for her two younger brothers.[1][4] Subsequently, she pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School, graduating as a “Baker Scholar” in 1997.[1][2][4]

Career[edit]

Palandjian began her career at McKinsey & Company and Wellington Management Company before spending over a decade at EY-Parthenon, where she established and led the non-profit practice as a managing director.[4]

In 2011, she co-founded Social Finance in the U.S.[4][5][6]

Palandjian is married to Leon A. Palandjian, M.D.[1][5] The couple resides in Belmont, MA, and has three daughters. [1]
