The untitled Orphan sequel is an upcoming American psychological horror film directed by William Brent Bell and written by David Coggeshall. It is a sequel to the 2009 film Orphan. It stars Isabelle Fuhrman.

[edit]In December 2023, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, William Brent Bell confirmed that a third film in the Orphan franchise was in active development, with Isabelle Fuhrman reprising her role.[1] The film had officially been greenlit in November 2024, with Lionsgate distributing the film.[2]
