ETA Star Group is an investment company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a joint-venture between Al Ghurair and Tamil Muslim entrepreneurs Late B.S. Abdur Rahman and Syed Ahmed Hussain.[1][2]

Company performance

Established in 1973, the company employs more than 70,000 people in 23 countries and has an annual sales of more than US$6.5 billion.[3] The ETA Star Group organization encompasses 140 entities and associate offices, with involvement in a number of industries including automobiles, building maintenance, consumer electronics, construction, contracting, engineering, information technology, shipping and transportation.[4]

Investments

Organizations which ETA has invested nearly 100 divisions include General Airconditioners in India.
