Further shows took place, including a small UK tour, a slot for the BBC at 2008's South by South West festival in Austin, Texas, USA where they performed on the same bill as MGMT and Florence and The Machine as part of Steve Lamaq's BBC6 night, and a New Year's Eve show with Foals and Metronomy. The band released their debut single 'Young god/bad thing' on 10 November 2008. A double A Side single 'Fire Dance/O.R.L.D' was released in June 2009. Although plans were afoot for a debut album, the band split with no announcement.
