Elbit Systems Ltd. NasdaqESLT is one of Israel's largest defense electronics manufacturers and integrators. Established in 1967, and based in Haifa, Israel, Elbit has over eight thousand employees.

Elbit's major subsidiaries and affiliated companies include Elbit Systems Electro-Optics Industries Elop (Elop), Elbit Systems of America (ESA), Cyclone Aviation Products (Cyclone), Silver Arrow, Ortek, and Elisra.

In 2005 Elbit set up a joint venture company in the UK with Thales, UAV Tactical Systems Ltd (U-TacS), developing the British Army Watchkeeper WK450. Elbit's EFW subsidiary also operates a joint venture with Rockwell Collins, Vision Systems International (VSI).

Elbit is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as well as on NASDAQ.

Produces the Enhanced Tactical Computer for the US Military.

U.S. border wall

Kollsman, Inc. a New Hampshire-based subsidiary of Elbit has been contracted by the Department of Homeland Security as part of a consortium to develop SBInet, a high-tech security system for the U.S.-Mexico border.[1]
