Eng Chhai Eang (Khmer: អេង ឆៃអ៊ាង; born November 10, 1965) is a Cambodian politician. He is a member of the Cambodia National Rescue Party. He was born in Kompong Thom province. His educational name, noticeably, was Khat Bunsin.

In 1993, Eng graduated from the university of health science. In 1992, he joined the youth movement of Funcinpec Party. Since then, he also wrote the article for a newspaper until 2003. He has been the secretary general of Sam Rainsy Party from 1999-2006. Then he was re-elected in the late of 2007.[1] He was first elected as the representative in Battambang Province in 2003 and again in 2008. After the election in 2008, he has resigned from the high position as secretary general of the party. In addition, he resigned as the representative of Battambang on March, 2011. He is a member of senate after was elected on January 29, 2012.
