Farley Copse
Farley Copse is a local nature reserve in Farley Wood.[1] The nature reserve is owned and managed by Bracknell Forest Borough Council.[2]
Geography and site
The reserve is 3 hectares (7.4 acres) in size.[3] This site is best described as ancient woodland, and contains a pond.[2]
History
Farley Copse was once part of a large estate belonging to the Edwardian Farley Moor House.[3]
In 2002 the site was declared as a local nature reserve by Bracknell Forest Borough Council.[2]
