Originally uploaded as Kasnia.gif on 11 Nov 2005 by Senix with comment "I made this image myself." This new version is in the PNG format and is the exact same quality as the original but with a smaller file size.

Uploader states "Public Domain" as "[he] made this image [himself]". Image is based on a visual element of a copyrighted work, specifically a flag seen in an episode of the Superman: The Animated Series television series. As such only the copyright holder of that material can release the element to PD, not the creator of a deriviatie image. - J Greb 18:27, 15 August 2007 (UTC)|date=August 15 2007[reply]

The series is copyrighted, as is the character of Superman. The flag is not, and anyway an independent illustration of it for non-commercial purposes ought to be covered by fair use. - Senix 20:40, 18 August 2007 (UTC)|date=August 18 2007}}[reply]
