Due to the secretive nature of this Mormon Fundamentalist sect, no alternate image can be found or exists for used to illustrate the subject matter (James D. Harmston), of any kind, free image or otherwise. I have spent hours and hours searching for any image, let alone a free image. The only images that exist are from the archived pages for the pre-2000 True and Living Church of Jesus Christ of Saints of the Last Days website. After 2000 this sect cut off all websites and all communtiaions. While searching for an image of Harmston, all that was found were other "fair-uses" of this very image on other websites, such as www.rickross.com.
FYI: Harmston died June 27th, 2013 so the the rule on living individuals and fair use, do not apply.--ARTEST4ECHO (talk/contribs) 13:33, 28 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
