Anthony López (born Peru, Tingo María, May 15, 1988), known musically as FrancisTyle, is a Peruvian songwriter, producer and performer of Bachata, Salsa, Pop and Reggae. In 2021 he was nominated in 4 categories at the Latin Grammy Awards as a songwriter.[1]

Career[edit]

In 2004, López began his career as a composer. In later years he was a composer for Toby Love, Xtreme, Mon Laferte, Carla Morrison, Daddy Yankee, Maluma, Karol G, Becky G, Prince Royce, Cristian Nodal.

In 2017, López began as a musical performer with the song Pray 4 Venezuela. In 2018, in collaboration with Camila Cabello, he participated in "Havana Remix",[2][3] where he was the winner of 2 awards on MTV Music in the categories MTV Millennial Awards, MTV Millennial Awards Brazil.[4] [5] In that same year he released "Me Quedan Los Recuerdos[6]" in collaboration with D'Reginald King, "Happy" with Ficho, Edu Larrosa, and the debut song "Disfruto" in collaboration with Carla Morrison.[7]

In 2019, López released the urban version single "Hasta La Piel" in collaboration with Carla Morrison. In that same year he released the debut song "Nadie Me Tumba" with Tego Calderón.[8][9]

In 2022 he released "Let it Be" of the Pop and Reggae genre in collaboration with Fidel Nadal.[10] [11] In that same year he published his album "Más que un viaje".[12] In 2023 he released the debut single "Todavía Me Quieres" together with Enrique Iglesias, distributed by the United Love Music record label.[13][14][15][16]

In 2024 he published the single "Vida Mía" performed in the Cumbia pop genre, produced by the producers, Tato & Krek D.[17][18] Subsequently, he released singles “Ya No” and “En Busca de Tú Amor” with MC Jona.[19][20][21][22][23][24]
