Frank M. Borth III (April 1, 1918 – August 9, 2009) was an American comic book artist.

Biography

Frank Borth rose to prominence during the so-called "Golden Age of Comic Books" in the 1930s and 40s, where he was responsible for characters such as Spider Widow for Quality Comics. He also worked for the Catholic-oriented comic book Treasure Chest, and did occasional assignments for Cracked magazine.[2]

Borth died in Newville, Pennsylvania on August 9, 2009 aged 91.[3]
