Freshwater Place is a high-rise complex in the Southbank district of Melbourne, Australia. The complex consists of a 62 floor residential skyscraper and PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, a 36 storey office building. The building stands at 205m.[citation needed] There are three parts of the building. One has its own pool, spa and steam room, gym and the other parts share the its pool spa steam room and gym. Freshwater has its on plaza which includes a McDonalds, 7-Eleven, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The building is currently the 8th tallest building in Melbourne and is the 24th tallest building in Australia.
Location
Freshwater Place is across the river from the Melbourne CBD. It also is right next to the Eureka Tower and Crown Casino. Freshwater also has a view of the Yarra River and most of the Melbourne CBD.

There are three types of apartments in the building: One part are big suites and also in the same area small apartments, one are 3-4 people apartments and the bottom 8 levels are houses.
