The German Mathematical Society (German: Deutsche Mathematiker-Vereinigung – DMV) is the main professional society of German mathematicians. It publishes an annual report called the Jahresbericht der DMV.

The society was founded on 18 September 1890.

Georg Cantor was one of the founders and in his honor the society awards the Cantor medal.
