Gitane is an album of duets on material associated with Django Reinhardt by bassist Charlie Haden and guitarist Christian Escoude recorded in 1978 and originally released on the All Life label.[1]

Reception

The Allmusic review by Brian Olewnick awarded the album 3 stars stating "A warm, unhurried session, one that Haden fans will enjoy for both his prominence and creativity as well as for Escoude's carefully considered contributions".[2]
