The Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon (GLIM), (formerly Institute of Energy Management and Research) is a business school in India focussed on the energy sector. It offers a two year full-time post-graduate programme in management and short term management training programs.

The Chairman of the Institute is Dr. BSK Naidu, a leading contributor to human resource development in the power sector and formerly Director General of the National Power Training Institute, Central Power Research Institute and REL. The Advisory Board is headed by Mr. RV Shahi, a former Power Secretary to the Government of India and one of the leading personalities of the Indian power industry. The campus is in Gurgaon and the first intake of students was in July 2010.
