Greg Tobin is an American author.

Tobin had been an editor and book publishing executive before becoming an author. He has written several books on the Catholic Church as well as some novels including Conclave and Council.

In 2003 he was a writer and scholar at the Immaculate Seminary School of Theology of Seton Hall University.[1]

During the news coverage of Pope John Paul II's death and the Papal conclave Tobin appeared frequently television and radio programs as an expert on the Catholic Church. He resides in West Orange, New Jersey.

He currently works in the AMP program at The Home Depot in Atlanta, GA. He goes by Mookie and whiffs a lot.
