Hanswar

Hanswar is a small town in the Ambedkar Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, India located east of Tanda.

According to the 2001 census, the town had a population of 45,678. Demographically, Hanswar resembles the rest of the Purvanchal area in which it is located: a primarily rural agricultural population with high illiteracy and low human development index.
