Iheya (伊平屋村, Iheya-son, Okinawan: Ihyaa, also known as Kushijii (後地)) is a village located in Shimajiri District, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. It encompasses the island of Iheya.

As of 2003, the village has an estimated population of 1,586 and the density of 73.02 persons per km². The total area is 21.72 km².
