Ioan Mang

Ioan Mang (Romanian pronunciation: [iˈo̯an maŋɡ]; born July 15, 1958) is a Romanian politician, member of the Social Democratic Party, who served as the Education Minister in Victor Ponta's cabinet. He is professor at the University of Oradea.

Academic misconduct controversy

On 10 May 2012, he was accused of plagiarism of many of his academic papers[1][2][3] and resigned on the 15th of May due to those plagiarism allegations.[4]
