The Jakarta–Merak Toll Road is a toll road connecting Jakarta and Merak. The total length of this toll road is 98 kilometres (61 mi). This is main toll road for people who live in West Jakarta and Banten. This toll road were also the part of Asian Highway 2.
History
The Toll Road is the second toll road in Indonesia after Jagorawi Toll Road in 1978. The toll has a length of 98 km. The toll road is famous to its traffic on Karang Tengah Toll Gate. The first westbound exit is at Kebon Jeruk. The Cikupa-Merak has only 2×2 wide of the road. The toll road is also access to Ferry Harbor for people that are going to Sumatera/Kalimantan and so on.
