Jakub Řezníček (born 26 May 1988) is a Czech footballer who plays as a striker for FC Zbrojovka Brno. At international level, he represented the Czech Republic U21 national team.[1]

In May 2023, Řezníček was awarded as the striker of the 2022–23 season by League Football Association (LFA).[2]
