The Jammu and Kashmir Legislature is the bicameral legislature of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The Legislature is composed of:

the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly (87 seats), the lower house,
the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council (36 seats), the upper house, and
the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir
