Janette Rauch (born March 16, 1962 Switzerland) is a Swiss-German actress.

Life

Janette Rauch grew up as the daughter of a Swiss father in Berlin. She was one of the original members of the musical Linie 1 at Berlin's Grips Theatre. The main role of "girl", she played until 1989. Since then, plays and played Janette Rauch in numerous German cinema and television films and series.

She became known to a wider audience, with her role as "Sister Christine" in With me you are right and her role in the ZDF series Two old hands. Often, they could also be seen next to Hape Kerkeling in some of his films. Since 6 November 2006, she starred in the telenovela Red Roses. In it, she took over as "teacher Alice Albers" after the departure of Angela Roy in episode 214 and the female lead.

Since 2011 she has been a permanent team of ZDF evening series Notruf Hafenkante

Janette Rauch lives in Hamburg.

Social Engagement

Janette Rauch is committed as a Children Ambassador for Bremer Children's Day and was, until 2010, the patron of the children's hospice Löwenherz in Syke near Bremen.[1]
