Jiva Pandu Gavit is an Indian politician from Maharashtra.He is a six term MLA from Surgana constituency[1] and he won his seventh term[2] as a Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly.[3] from the Kalwan Assembly Constituency of Maharashtra.[4]

As a Kisan Sabha leader Jiva Pandu Gavit addressed and took up issues of farmer rights.[5]
