Joshua Allan Nelson[2] (born February 20, 1987) is an American politician and a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates representing District 23 since January 12, 2013.

Education

Nelson earned his BS in aeronautics from Liberty University.

Elections

  • 2012 To challenge Democratic Representative Larry Barker (who had been redistricted from District 18), Nelson was unopposed for the May 8, 2012 Republican Primary, winning with 412 votes,[3] and won the November 6, 2012 General election with 3,985 votes (62.4%) against Representative Barker.[4]
